When we receive your order online or over the phone, we start working on it right away. We highly recommend that you order your products at least 4 to 5 business days before your scheduled appointments. This gives the chosen carrier time to complete the pickup and delivery before you need it.
Orders received before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will ship the same business day, unless there is an unavoidable delay. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday – Friday and exclude holidays and weekends (see below). This means that if you place an order after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a Friday, it will ship the following Monday.
UPS Overnight shipments placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday will not be shipped from our warehouse until Monday and will not arrive to your location until Tuesday.
Out of Stock Items. Occasionally, some of our products maybe out of stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be reflected on our website. In the event we run out of stock as we are pulling your order, every attempt will be made to reach you via email or phone to advise you of your options. If we are unable to reach you within 24 business hours, the rest of your order will be shipped to you.
Backorders. if a product it’s out of stock, you will have the option to buy it and save it as a backorder, as soon as the product arrive to our warehouse it will be ship to you, we recommend call us to discuss time frame for restocking.
If you make a purchase of various products, but you have some in Backorder, all in stock products will be ship with the exception of the ones in Backorder. These Backorder products will be ship FREE (regular ground USPS or UPS) once they are back in stock.
FAILED DELIVERIES & REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a package is returned to Remi Cachet USA due to failed delivery attempt or customer refusal it may be reshipped by paying an additional shipping cost. If the package is returned and the customer does not authorize reshipment, they will be billed for the shipping and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $10.00) will be charged. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. Once the products are returned to Remi Cachet USA an Automatic credit will be issued on the account.

International orders can be shipped using UPS International services (Priority and Economy
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Remi Cachet USA cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and Remi Cachet USA will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
Changing an Order
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away — we ship orders out at 3:00 p.m Eastern Time every weekday (excluding holidays).
If you need to change or cancel your order, call us at 866.647.6227 as soon as possible on the day you ordered. While we are unable to guarantee changes to orders, we will do our best to make the changes before the order ships.
Products Lost or Damaged In Transit:
We cannot guarantee the performance of our carriers. We will assist our customers in any deficiency in third-party shipping services but are not responsible for such deficiencies.
Remi Cachet USA will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery on all orders. However, due to acts of nature and other issues, there are times when our chosen carriers are not able to perform the service requested. Remi Cachet USA cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.
What should I do if my product is lost or damaged?
Please call 866.647.6227 and a customer service representative will assist you in filing a claim with the respective carrier. This usually takes 7 to 10 business days to resolve. In the meantime, if you wish, another order can be placed and shipped. If the filed claim results in a refund we will reimburse the full amount to you in the form of credit or a refund.
Return & Exchanges
All sales are final, no refunds, only Exchanges or Store Credit. You can Exchange or have a Store Credit only if: The product was purchased within the last 30 days, is in its original packaging, and remains in a condition that can be sold. Product must be new, unworn, and unaltered. (Products showing signs of obvious wear, missing parts of a set, or not in its original packaging, will be immediately rejected.)
How to Return a Product
Call 866.647.6227 to start the return process, once accepted you have the option to return the package using either:
- A Prepaid label (the fee will be deducted from your return credit).
- UPS Return Service (the fee will be deducted from your return credit).
- A carrier of your choice. Please package with care and include a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned items, we will process the Credit/Exchange within 2-3 business days.
- Unless Remi Cachet USA made a shipping error, shipping is non-refundable.
- Remi Cachet USA does not cover the cost of return labels, except when we are entirely responsible for any errors with your order, including defective or wrong item(s) shipped.
- Depending on their Condition, return products are subject to a 15% lost value
- Expedited returns are only allowed if you repurchase the products to be shipped to you; once the returned items are received, Remi Cachet USA will inspect and confirm that the returned items are in proper condition and will then credit the appropriate amount to your account.
